Meet with you and find out your reason for selling and to asscertain your goals. I will also get information about your property, take picutres, explain the process and answer any questions you have.

I will then work with our in house team to formulate a marketing plan to meet your goals. I will then present you with the marketing plan and make any changes you desire. Your satisfaction is paramount.

Once we have your approval our marketing efforts begin. We will use MLS, all social media sites. Notify our buyer and broker lists of your property. Advertise and work hard to create a buzz about your house.
